Metro Wrestling has been holding collegiate and freestyle wrestling practices in New York City since 1992. In the last few years, we had to switch locations and then Covid-19 put everything on hold. We obtained a new space near Penn Station just before the Covid-19 lockdown hit, but they're still there and we held our first resumed practice there on Sunday, July 25, 2021. The practice went very well and we are planning to continue this schedule, which is every Sunday from 2-4pm at 38 West 32 St, 14th Floor, Suite 1406, New York NY 10001. Please bring appropriate wrestling attire including flat soled or wrestling shoes, and shirt and shorts or wrestling singlet.
