That’s one example of a structure. There are many more based on people’s preferences and styles.
If I had to guess, you’re not going to find someone who, A- has the time to actually orchestrate a tournament style match like this, B- is willing to fund the space to facilitate such an event, C- provide the supplies/cleanup needed for that kind of event. Most people, like the idea of such a thing, and if they happened to be in the right place at the right time to participate, they would, but it is s lot of every to put something like that together, and most people, just don’t have the inclination.
