GUTPUNCHING:
First and foremost, I am a gutpuncher. However, if this is not your thing, its does NOT have to be incorporated. I love to bash abs although I am not opposed to receiving a tough workover. LOOKING FOR SPARRING MEET UPS. I have been training for over a year now and have been sparring since Jan. 2022. So really, the more experience I can get from sparring others, the better!
