I would prefer to start with a good meal ! Better than gutpunching eachother on empty stomach. Then start dishing out, and aim for the navel. Harder and harder. Thats the way I like it. Then work over the whole stomach.
After the punching, it's always nice with trampling, and other gutplay. But the first punch should go to the navel.
Getting it in the lower gut when I was twelve. He hit me a least 4 times before he targeted my stomach. The punch to my stomach didn't hurt like I thought it would. As I doubled over he kept hooking them into my belly, and for the first time in my life I had a hard on as he did so. I couldn't help noticing he had attention growing in his shorts as well.
But this is how most of us got into gut punching. We were rudely introduced to it, like this in some silly fight, only to realise how sensational it felt.
Midsection to get the guts rearranged some but gradually harder then moving up to the upper stomach, finishing up with a couple very hard bringing to the knees punches
Well my balls are generally located below my navel (unless I am doing a headstand - which isn't very often) and a really hard punch there will definitely bring me to my knees....though some lighter punches there can be extremely enjoyable.....hint to all readers of this post..!!! LOL

I got it around age 15-16, low, when I wasn't expecting it. But the gut pain turned into pleasure south. I've been feeling that connection ever since.
