Agonophilia and Ethical Non-Monogamy...

So my wife and I have gone out to a major Adult club in Toronto this past few weeks and a Non-Monogamy munch in Southern Ontario as well. We're planning to go to more.
I have to say it was a strange and new experience just telling people you meet that you have a "Catfight, and women's wrestling fetish". Also that you're into Manfight, and wrestling with rules. It's quite the experience having a face to face discussion with people and talking about "Agonophilia" and discovering that you're not even the most extreme oddity in the room. Almost unremarkable by many people's opinion.

I do have to say that some of the other things we've learned is that it is tough to try to date other couples. Primarily it is tough to get everyone in the couples to find the other partner attractive. My wife has also discovered she's found beard's to largely be a turnoff...
It's not as big of an issue for my wife and I as we've agreed to solo play in our ENM.

Anyway, if anyone else is in the circumstance where their partner has zero interest in your wrestling hobby. Maybe hit me up, post fight maybe we can all go for dinner and our partners can talk about how ridiculous our interest in this is!

It is definitely a strange feeling to openly discuss your Agonophilia kink to people in an open room. A quite freeing one though.

Just to be clear I do go on just plain vanilla dates with women not involving any wrestling, or catfights. As part of my liberties in our ENM.

It's a great time to be alive!

Hey Crushnthud. Not sure if my situation is the same, as my ex wife and I were not swinging, but when we were dating, she discovered my wrestling fetish. Then it was fvf wrestling. She was turned off at first, but over time she would not say anything. Then after I was induced to the computer world found an avenue for mvm wrestling. Then she showed an interest in wrestling. We found someone that lived close to us, they met and finally had a few matches together. I thought I was a lucky man. Then one day she told me she felt used with the wrestling and completely stopped. Then she held my wrestling again me. To save the marriage, I sold all my gear, videos and mat. She still held this against me up to the day she left me the final time. Now I’m here, and wrestling women. Good to be back!

Wow man, that's rough to hear, but definitely not the only version of that. Really though so many women discover our kinks later and feel that they can't tolerate them then use that as "THE REASON" to break up or divorce. I think that often divorces end up happening over time as people just change and shift. As a woman blaming you man's kink is an easy out, particularly as it lets you keep a notional 'social high ground' or can threaten to 'out' you with it.
When we negotiated my getting active again, we decided what would happen if I/we got 'outed'. Actually at this point in our lives, we're fine. It would be embarrassing and I worry more for the kids, but I think if sometimes if you just admit it and "so what?", or "and?" it just goes away a little quicker.
Just my theories... I am fully willing to accept that I am wrong, and reserve the right to change my mind in the future.
Obviously not all societies are as accepting, but I'm very lucky for the time and place that I live in.

I know I’m not the first, but I thought she was “into it”, tried to get her into couples wrestling, but nope. This was not the only reason she left, but it had a lot to do with it.
