Introduction

5’9” fit switch with some bjj experience. I prefer submission grappling matches with erotic mixed in if agreed upon ahead of time.

Keeping it a bit a light, but after this weekend, it appears I can have glow rolling matches without too much concern of making the knee worse. It’s feeling fine but still stuffy. So can’t go full send, but a good 60-70% pace is manageable :)
