I don't get a particular thrill from the feel of the weight/impact. My good feel is knowing my abs are tough enough to take a lot----just like I am in the Gut Punching Department. Also it you are sitting or standing and I buck you off. with a sudden bridge. :) Don't be surprised if it ends up being a rasslin' match also. :)
RadnerBearman (a MF site member) is my ab-back trainer. Trains several of my friends here seriously into getting tough, –.via phone, too---such as ctrwash, jimmyterrific, and (my protégé), scrimmagejock.. All four of us are tough. And my good friend, Ezekiel-Night hardly needs training, he's tough to begin with–not just his abs or back–his whole body..
