It's like a sub match, you have to make your opponent tap. The teist is that you use other moves not so much seen in sub matches, because they're considered unmanly like hair pulling, slaps, even scratching.

I would add the full submission is marked by the loser agreeing to fully serve the winner sexually by offering his holes up.
