Gutpunching give/take/trade

It has been my experience that body builders are muscle for SHOW. In the boxing ring most are not that flexible or aerobically fit for the long haul. Seeing muscle definition has nothing to do with how much punishment one can take. I have been boxing since I was 15. I have pounded in a lot of opponents. The men and women who are solid with some padding actually fare better than totally ripped. Just my experience

Is have to agree! I've pounded on bodybuilders that weren't even able to take 30 secs of punches to the gut.

I guess I'm not sure what "winning" means in gutpunching, or being punched. If the objective is to keep abs solid, not letting punches in, I suspect the puncher usually wins eventually. Maybe a receiver "wins," if he remains conscious until the puncher gives up. Maybe there needs to be a gutpunching federation to define the rules... just kidding.

I think Radner's right that some padding usually helps. Some guys do have hard abs, but little endurance, so even though they're initially hard, they fail fairly quickly. I don't exercise to strengthen my abs, because I want punches to go deep. That has led to having abs that give, but also are able to take a lot of hits, with less sting on the surface. I stay on the slender side, so force isn't absorbed by fat between the organs. Instead, they displace more, resulting in more wind being knocked out of the lungs, and in my case, usually forcing grunts out as well. Some really get off on the reaction they get from punching me.

RE: "I guess I'm not sure what "winning" means in gutpunching, or being punched."

Winning is taking a more severe beatdown from my sadist than he gave me the last time. Winning is feeling more fucked up than the last time. Winning is feeling his violence and provoking him to dish out more violence.

That's a hot reply and so true. Trying to get a sadist to get even more violent in any situation is awesome. Just frustrate them and they get more and more vicious. Fuck I love it.

Actually, I think both guys win if they're satisfied with the experience.

If you have defined muscles - even got a six-pack, it doesn't mean you can take a hell of a beating in your stomach. I also know guys with ripped abs who can't take punches, or don't like it at all. I can take a lot of punches, because I really enjoy it. The abs will be soar the following few days, but it feels Great. If gutpunching is a big turn-on for you, this is what You really want, and you will have a better pain tolerance. I prefer deep hard punches, and can really feel the adrenaline building up before the punching starts, even get hard before the first punch is landed. The breathing is very important.

"I prefer deep hard punches," - you should try kicks and knees

I'm helpless to resist a knee dropped in the gut. That's 150+ pounds dropped in about a 4-5 square inch area. Those lung emptying grunts are incredible! Also, humping into a weakened gut with a knee is very entertaining.

I like to see doubled up gut holding and punches in the belly button or the soft lower abs.

What reaction do you prefer while belly punching?

Sometimes I like to put the receiver in a position in which, even if he tries, he cannot flex his abs or bend his body forward to cushion the blows, usually pushing with a hand from under his chin and forcing his head backward, so also his abdomen is forced to stay soft and relaxed. Then see as he writhes while fist sinks deeper into his gut...

Proper fighters would have no trouble staying flexed even in that position.

maybe proper fighters, instead amateurs or simple players would have it for sure

Cool, what is your favorite spot to punch ? Navel area is the best.

it depends on the type of belly... size, thickness, shape, softness or hardness...
all around the navel area about yours, for sure! :-)

I love it when I lay in with the punch and I hear that "unpfh" or "ooopfgh!" From the guy and if he falls forward that's hot.

That is exciting to watch. I target the mid to lower abs. Where do you punch your partner?
