Ok, I finally got around to doing my squeeze tutorial video. This will show the proper way to do a bodyscissor, techniques to get more out of it with less muscle, details on the body triangle and how to make that suck more to be in, and the way I do a bearhug.
Hey Chris, the techniques showed in the video are really good, congrats! Indeed the scorpion crunch is one of the most effective way to make someone submitt using the legs ;)
