tried the crotch sleeper once with a friend who was a bodybuilder. He put me in a figure4 headscissors and pulled my head into his crotch, strangling my air supply. I tried to get out, but started going under too fast. I'd say it's a very effective hold.
I've always tried to find guys to wrestle who are into sleepers. Each one had his own way of doing it. One did leg sleepers, another gags he would spring on you by surprise, another carotid foot chokes, another guy (who I haven't tried) would wear you down with his nearly 400 lbs. on your chest and take you for a rnc when you couldn't take it anymore. I'd like to know what kinds of experiences others have had in sleeperhold matches.

I like the way they go to sleep thanks to the sleeperhold, it is a very pleasant experience.
